The gates will open at 12pm, the first act will be on at 1pm, the event will finish at 10pm.

We are based in the stunning Victoria Park, Southport. Entrances to the event are off Victoria way, Southport. You can use https://what3words.com/ to locate both the event gates using the following 3 word codes; 1) belt.bake.exam or 2) remedy.limp.stop

This is a family friendly event, all ages are allowed.

If you’re arriving by car, we have car parking available on site based at the Eco Center, Esplanade, Southport, Eco Centre post code is PR8 1RX, once you arrive, please follow the event signage to the car parks. The car park is less than a minute away from the event gate.

If you’re a blue badge holder, we have a dedicated car parking space situated at the Eco Centre close to the festival for all blue badge holders. On arrival please simply show your badge and they’ll direct you to the parking bays. 

If you’re arriving by taxi, drop off/pick up will be located in the car park Eco Centre.

Please note Rotten Row Road will be closed for the event duration.

There will be limited seating available & break out areas for you to relax, however camping chairs and picnic blankets are allowed on site.

 The site has disabled access and we have an accessible car park close to the entrance located at the Eco Centre, Esplanade, Southport, Eco Centre postcode is PR8 1RX. There is also disabled toilets situated on site. If you require assistance to move around the site, we do offer free PA tickets which you can contact Skiddle directly to apply for these.

We have fully stocked bars and range of street food vendors on site. Unfortunately, you’re not allowed to bring your own food & drink into the park.

Please note the bar and the food vendors will be taking both cash and card payments. These will be adhering to challenge 25, please bring ID.

Bag and body searching is a condition of entry, anyone found to be in possession of the below items will not be permitted to enter the event.

  • Opened water bottles or drinks bottles; guests will be allowed to bring in an empty reusable water bottle;

  • Any bladed article;

  • Fireworks or explosives;

  • Any illegal drugs or narcotics, including drug paraphernalia and nitrous oxide;

  • Alcohol, including alcohol in a sealed bottle;

  • Needles or sharp objects, with the exception of medications such as epi-pens or insulin;

  • Identity marker spray;

  • Offensive weapons, including ‘pepper spray’;

  • Glass in any form;

  • Flares;

  • Poles or flags;

  • Air horns;

  • Drones;

  • Any articles that could cause harm to the public or property

Once you’re inside, you can’t go in and out of the site again. No re-admissions will be allowed. 

No glass is permitted on site. This is a glass free site.

Social distancing and mask wearing are not required in these areas. The reason that they are recommended in some settings is to reduce the potential for infection of Covid-19 in close contact settings with staff and visitors. This has been proven to reduce cases of Covid and as a responsible employer will do everything reasonable to reduce the impact our event has on the local health service and protect everyone at our event.

Please note you don’t need a covid passport, vaccination or negative test to attend this event!

We are asking all customers to be responsible and to take a test within 72 hours of attending the event. This will take a few minutes of your time and is easily accessible via your nearest test centres:

Southport: Civic & Mayoral Services, Lord St, Southport PR8 1DA

Liverpool: Monarchs Quay, Carpark, Liverpool L3 4BX

Chester: Chester CH1 1SL

Do not use a rapid lateral flow test or go to a test site if you have coronavirus symptoms. Get a PCR test (https://www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test) and self-isolate, even if symptoms are mild

Yes, if a customer is unable to attend without the supervision of a care provider, we would be happy to supply an extra ticket free of charge, however the customer must have purchased at least one standard ticket. It is also a requirement that you provide notice of this to our team in order to arrange a ticket beforehand, so as not to cause any disruptions or delays on the day of the event. Please contact us on hello@lookalikefestival.com to inform us of the need for an extra ticket and a member of our staff will help provide this for you.

We do not release the set times of individual artists in advance. We advise on arriving early to catch all the biggest acts!

Please note once you’re inside the festival and you decide to leave, there will be no re-admission. Last entry is 4:00pm

On arrival, please have your tickets ready to show on your phone or printed off. 

Gates open at 12pm, to give plenty of time to ensure all customers are inside the festival and settled in before the first act. The event will finish at 10pm.

Last entry for the event is 6pm.

Look-A-Like Festival is family friendly event, open to all ages. Children under go free. Under 18’must be accompanied by an adult.

VIP tickets included queue jump upon arrival, access to VIP area with private VIP toilets and private VIP bar.

We accept both cash and card.

Unfortunately, you’re not allowed to bring your own food & drink into the park. (Unless for medical requirements and you have this confirmed) However, we have fully stocked bars and range of food vendors on site.

There is seated areas where you are able to sit. These areas cannot be reserved and they are freely available to all attendees. You are allowed to bring your own camping chairs and picnic blankets too.

Yes. To apply for access, you must first purchase standard Festival ticket. Then you can contact Skiddle for complimentary Personal Assistant ticket (PA Ticket).

No. This is one-day festival with no camping.

In case of hot temperatures make sure you’re drinking plenty of fluids to stay hydrated, and that you bring and apply suncream regularly to avoid heat exhaustion, heatstroke, or any other health issues. If you feel unwell at any point of the festival, please speak to member of our medical team on site immediately. In case of wet or cold temperatures, please dress accordingly with waterproof jackets/coats. Ponchos are welcome and encouraged in the event of rainfall. 

In the interest of health and safety only assistance dogs are allowed on site.

Festival-goers will not be permitted to bring professional cameras onsite. Standard compact cameras will be permitted for personal use, though festival-goers will not be able to bring in cameras with either interchangeable lenses or lens longer than inches. Any camera with removable lens, zoom 3x or greater, or 10MP cameras will be deemed to be professional cameras and will not be permitted. Professional photographers and videographers must apply for press accreditation prior to the event.

You can smoke/vape in the open air but not inside big tops and tents.
No smoking/vaping allowed in enclosed spaces.
